Every outbound message shows who composed it: you, or your AI acting on your behalf. Nothing gets sent in your name without it being clearly attributed, so the people you coordinate with always know whether they are reading you or your AI.

Yes. Your vault is plain markdown in real folders, and you can export the whole thing as a zip whenever you want. If you outgrow Mycel or it disappears, you keep the brain you built.
